Our 2026 Rates (Base: 8 People) - see calendar below

• Low Season: From €175 per night / €1040 per week.

• Mid Season: From €230 per night / €1370 per week.

• High Season (including Avignon Festival): From €375 per night / €2230 per week.

• Minimum Stay: 1 night (depends on the season).

Booking & Payment Terms

• At the time of booking: A 20% deposit must be paid via bank transfer.

• One month before arrival: A 30% installment is due via bank transfer.

• Remaining balance (50%) + Tourist tax: To be paid via bank transfer at least 7 days prior to arrival.

• Security Deposit: A check (cheque) is required upon arrival. This check will not be cashed unless damages are found during the check-out inspection. For international guests without a French checkbook, the security deposit can be paid via bank transfer. This deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days after your departure, provided no damages are found during the check-out inspection.

Cancellation Policy

High Season (June 1st – August 31st):

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. Any amounts already paid will be refunded via bank transfer within 7 business days.

• Between 13 and 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount (excluding tourist tax) is due.

• Less than 7 days before arrival: The total booking amount is due (excluding tourist tax).

Rest of the Year:

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Any amounts already paid will be refunded via bank transfer within 7 business days.

• Between 6 days and the day before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount (excluding tourist tax) is due.

• On the day of arrival: The total booking amount is due (excluding tourist tax).
